Zanasi Group – Team Building

To strengthen collaboration and cohesion among senior management and functional leaders, we designed a tailor-made team-building experience centred on sharing and teamwork. The event took the form of a cooking class, during which participants—wearing personalised branded aprons—worked side by side to prepare a traditional Emilia-Romagna dish. Beyond the convivial dimension, the experience became a moment of reflection on the value of teamwork, the importance of collaboration and the strength of diverse skills coming together to achieve shared success.
