KOS Group – Fellini Creative Lab

Federico Fellini’s world became the natural source of inspiration. From this setting, a creative challenge took shape, turning participants into authors and protagonists. Working in teams, managers were invited to conceive and stage a short cinematic sequence inspired by the characters and atmospheres of Fellini’s filmography. Each team was supported by a director and a cameraman, while roles, locations, dialogues, costumes and scenography emerged through collaboration. A true collective process where every contribution mattered. The footage was then edited by a professional team and transformed into short films, complete with opening credits and end titles. The screening moment became a shared revelation. Beyond the final award—a customised Oscar—the true value lay in the experience itself: experimenting with new languages, collaborating creatively and discovering a renewed sense of collective identity. A project where creativity becomes method and experience becomes shared vision.
